Policy

1. Scope and responsible developer

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games, applications, websites, player-support channels, and related services published or operated under the SoftAIO name that link to it (collectively, the “Services”). “SoftAIO,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the developer of those Services.

Where law uses terms such as “controller” or “business,” SoftAIO is responsible for personal information under our control. App stores, advertising networks, operating-system providers, payment processors, and external websites may act independently under their own privacy notices.

This Policy does not govern third-party products or services we do not control, even when reached through an ad, app-store button, link, platform feature, or device setting.

2. Current game privacy summary

Data practices depend on the game, version, region, age, platform, and consent choices. The current Google Play US Data Safety disclosures state:

This website is static and does not use SoftAIO analytics or advertising cookies. It stores only your light/dark theme choice in browser local storage. Any future website tracking will be disclosed before use with required consent controls.

3. Information that may be handled

Information you provide

When you contact support, report a problem, or otherwise communicate, we may receive your email address, chosen name, message, screenshots, game and device details, purchase receipt information, and anything else you voluntarily send. Do not send passwords, full payment-card information, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive data.

Gameplay and local data

Scores, missions, vehicles, equipment, upgrades, rewards, currency, settings, and other progress may be saved locally on your device. If online or cloud features are introduced, they may use a technical player, installation, or platform identifier and will receive additional notice where required.

Device and activity data

Depending on the release and configuration, automatically processed information may include device or advertising identifiers; app interactions; installed-app signals used for advertising or fraud prevention; device model; operating-system and app version; language; time zone; IP address; approximate location inferred from network information; crash logs; diagnostics; and performance measurements.

Advertising data

Because current games may contain ads, providers may process device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad requests, impressions, clicks, frequency information, and fraud signals to deliver, limit, measure, personalize, or secure ads where permitted.

Purchase data

Google Play or another future store processes payments. We do not receive your full card number. We may receive a product identifier, receipt or transaction token, purchase status, country/region, price tier, and related information needed to validate, restore, support, or prevent fraud involving a purchase.

4. How information may be used

• Provide, operate, maintain, and update the Services;
• Save settings, missions, vehicles, upgrades, scores, and progress;
• Deliver, limit, measure, or personalize ads where allowed;
• Diagnose crashes, improve performance, balance gameplay, and develop features;
• Validate purchases, restore eligible content, and answer support requests;
• Detect tampering, cheating, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect players, the public, and SoftAIO; and
• Create aggregated or de-identified statistics not reasonably linked to a person.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our agreement to provide a requested Service; legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and supporting games; consent for advertising or device access where required; and compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn through available app, store, or device settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. When information may be shared

We do not sell your support email or messages for money. Limited information may be disclosed to:

• Operational providers supporting hosting, support, security, diagnostics, quality assurance, or technical operations;
• Advertising and measurement partners delivering ads, measuring campaigns, attributing installs, limiting frequency, or identifying invalid activity;
• App stores and platforms distributing games, processing purchases, providing device services, or enforcing platform rules;
• Authorities or relevant parties when reasonably needed to comply with law, investigate wrongdoing, protect safety, or enforce rights;
• Transaction participants in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or similar business event, subject to safeguards; and
• Other parties at your direction or with valid consent.

Aggregated or properly de-identified information may be used and shared for lawful purposes. We do not try to re-identify it except to test safeguards or where permitted by law.

6. Advertising, stores, and external services

Games may contain third-party SDKs, ads, links, or platform services. Those companies may process information independently under their policies. Practices may vary by age, region, device settings, consent, and game version.

You can often limit ad personalization, reset or delete an advertising identifier, and review app permissions in Android or iOS settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not remove all advertising; contextual ads may still appear.

Google Play, Android, Apple’s App Store and iOS for future releases, payment providers, and device manufacturers govern store accounts, downloads, payments, backups, parental controls, and platform analytics under their own terms.

7. Children’s privacy

Our games may appeal to a broad audience. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to SoftAIO through current games. Where a Service is child-directed or we know a player is a child, we seek to limit processing to what is reasonably necessary for internal operations, security, contextual content, or delivery of the game unless legally required parental consent is obtained.

We do not knowingly use a child’s personal information for behavioral advertising. Parents should use device parental controls and store family settings for downloads, purchases, ads, and online access. A parent who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us for review and deletion where required.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services, support players, maintain legally required records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Support messages may remain while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud, and dispute periods. Operational logs are generally kept for limited periods unless a security issue requires longer.

Local progress may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling, subject to device backups. Uninstalling stops future processing by the installed game but does not automatically delete data already lawfully retained by a platform, provider, or us. Some provider-held technical data may not be identifiable to SoftAIO from an email request.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; appeal a decision; or complain to a regulator.

You can also manage permissions and advertising settings, use an in-game consent interface when available, clear local data, manage purchases in the store, or uninstall a game. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, device, or transaction. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

10. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

SoftAIO is based in Morocco, and providers may process information in Morocco, the United States, or other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual or equivalent safeguards.

11. Regional notices and updates

EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

You may contact your local supervisory authority. Legitimate interests may include delivering functional games, securing services, improving performance, preventing fraud, and supporting players, balanced against your rights.

California and other U.S. states

Device identifiers used for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “shared,” “sold,” or used for “targeted advertising” under some laws even without payment. Where required, opt-out options are available through in-game consent controls, device settings, or support. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 without required authorization.

Changes

We may update this Policy for changes in games, SDKs, law, or practices. The updated date identifies the latest version. Material changes receive additional in-game, store, or prominent website notice where required.
